Thanks to a low dosage, this Cuvée is lively and vivacious. The aromas on the nose of citrus fruits, red fruits and dried fruits are echoes in the mouth with the addition of toasted bread and dark fruit such as cherry, fig and blackberry.
Excellent as an aperitif. The perfect pair with cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and aged cheeses. Also delightful with poultry and shellfish.
