Yarra Yering Dry Red No.1 2021 is a Bordeaux-inspired Australian red blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 11% Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot. The 2021 vintage is medium-bodied with notes of dark berry fruits, rustic earthy minerality and savoury spice.
