Tahbilk 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium, full-bodied wine from the Nagambie Lakes region in Victoria, Australia. The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully selected and grown in rich red soils. Boasting flavours and aromas that are exclusive to this winemaking region. The wine is matured in French oak barrels which adds subtle notes of spice to the blend. 

This wine is a testament to the premium quality of Australian wines and is a must-try for Cabernet Sauvignon lovers.

Established in 1860, Tahbilk is the oldest family owned winery and vineyard in Victoria. In the aboriginal language, the word 'tahbilk' refers to a place that contains many waterholes. With over 1000 hectares of river flats, backwaters and creeks, this vineyard is blessed with an abundant supply of water at all times.

On the nose, notes of mulberry and dark plum are complemented by hints of spice, mint and touches of mocha. The tannins are ripe, which underpins the fruit and leads to spice touches on the long and persistent finish.
The Tahbilk 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic and structured wine that would pair well with roast lamb with rosemary and garlic, beef bourguignon or a lentil and vegetable stew.
