Grape: Shiraz
On the nose, the Shiraz is complex with red fruit and spice notes that lead to a poised and balanced palate. On the palate, lively notes of graphite, sage, kalamata olives and plum flavours are present. Grippy tannins and a bright acidity allow for a long finish.
The Shiraz pairs perfectly with grilled lamb chops or roast beef, as well as mature hard cheeses.
