Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
On the nose, the wine has fragrant aromas of red currants, violets and cedar which are complemented by savoury black olive and tobacco. The palate is velvety and refined, revealing hints of cassis, cocoa and graphite. Tannins are firm but fine and provide length and definition to the palate.
The 2017 vintage pairs perfectly with grilled or roasted lamb. venison and mushroom or root vegetable risotto.
