This deep purple Shiraz exudes aromas of liquorice, dark chocolate, black fruits and spice. On the palate, the wine is the comprised of intricate layers of flavours, marrying flavours of blackberries and blueberries, red fruits, ripe tannins and muted tones of vanilla.
The Heirloom Vineyards Barossa Shiraz 2019 pairs well with rich, flavourful red meats like lamb, beef and game as a result of it's tannic nature. The wines strong flavour would also complement the charred, smokey flavour of grilled dishes and barbequed meats.
