Grape: Shiraz
This garnet red Shiraz showcases muted tones of black cherry, bramble and mulberry, perfectly accented by very long tannins and a supple texture. The palate is smooth and offers a restrained firmness that doesn't detract from the quality of the wine and flows effortlessly on to a long and subtle finish. To better integrate and develop aromas and flavours, we would recommend decanting.
The wines intense tannins and flavours can complement the intensity of grilled or roasted red meat like venison, lamb or beef, as well as pairing well with aged cheeses and robust stews.
