Giant Steps Pinot Noir Yarra Valley Australia 75cl
Giant Steps Pinot Noir Yarra Valley 2021 Australia is a complex and bold wine from Southern Australia that highlights the best of the cool climate growing region. The wine is fermented with mainly whole berries and is matured in French oak for eight months. It has vibrant red and blue fruits with a lovely underlying earthiness. The wine is beautifully elegant with structure, breadth and viscosity on the palate.
Aromas of satsuma plums, strawberry coulis, fennel seeds and a hint of star anise; the wine is perfect to drink now but will age well for seven to ten years. This wine pairs perfectly with roasted game meats and other hearty dishes.

"A 50/50% mix of upper and lower Yarra fruit. Fermented with mainly whole berries and matured in French oak (10% new). A bright ruby crimson. Expressive with aromas of satsuma plums. With its core of ripe yet well-delineated fruit and firm-ish, balanced tannins, this is more concentrated and muscular than the 2021. It will age well, too, for those that find themselves with a bottle seven to 10 years from now. 13% abv. Drink to 2030"
