Ben Anderson first hand planted the vines in 1994, and since then he has worked alongside his wife Clare to build the Anderson Hill vineyard, with the goal of proudly sharing their wines with beloved friends and families.

Grape: Shiraz
On the nose, aromas of fruit tart fresh out the oven, with leading scents of blueberry, blackcurrant and dark plum and hints of star anise and black pepper. The palate presents red cherry and plum jam flavours which make way for floral and wood spice elements.
This shiraz would pair wonderfully with Asian cuisine, like a rich beef stew or marbled steak or be the perfect addition to any BBQ, especially one with sausage, kebab and vegetables from the grill.
