Produced from a single vineyard and matured in French oak, the 2021 Shiraz is sourced from six unique blocks over 47 hectares and is shaped by its connection to the sand and ironstone soils that overlie the ancient North Maslin Sands geological formation beneath.
The very beautiful, Yangarra Estate is undeniably one of the most consistent and remarkable producers in McLaren Vale. Established in 2000, it is planted exclusively to southern Rhône varieties and the vineyards are certified bio-dynamic). Legendary winemaker Pete Fraser makes superb and complex, pure wines. This is full-bodied McLaren Vale Shiraz at its best- rich and luscious with a long finish.
