Willunga 100 Shiraz Viognier 2021 Australia Case Deal is 12 bottles of the enticingly complex wine from the McLaren Vale region of Australia. Composed of a blend of 96% Shiraz and 4% Viognier, half the wine is aged in French-oak hogsheads. The small amount of Viognier is added before bottling to add fragrance and lift to the wine.
The 2021 vintage is rich and fruit-driven with structure and spice. Aromas of dark plum, black cherry and spice are complemented by subtle savoury undertones.
