Turkey Flat Butchers Block Red Wine is a blend of shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre (Mataro). Each varietal component of this wine was vinified separately in large oak vats, and subsequently matured in French oak hogsheads for 18 months before the final blending process. Shiraz adds the generous mouthfeel, Grenache the spice and cherry-like sweetness and Mourvèdre the backbone, savoury edge and fragrance. Balance is crucial, each varietal's contribution is evident

Turkey Flat Butchers Block White Wine is pale straw colour with lime hues. Intense aromatics of almond and orange blossom. Medium bodied with subtle and complex flavours of crisp pear and stone fruit - an excellent vineyard producing a spectacular white wine.
Turkey Flat Rosé Wine is a brilliant ruby colour, soft tannins and a crisp, dry balanced finish with complexity and elegance. Chilled and ice cool the sweet perfumed red fruits leave the palate with upfront red berries with soft tannins and a crisp, dry balanced finish. The considered additions of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon & Mataro add tannin and intriguing elements of spice & herbaceousness that have come to be this wine's hallmark.
