Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 Red Wine is an aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon, prioritising elegance over power.
The grapes are harvested early, and fresh, at the peak of their fruit expression and to avoid overripening, thus preserving the floral and fruity aromas and natural acidity present in Malbec grapes. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, whilst keeping a proportion in tank, to preserve purity and freshness.
Incredibly versitile, so is delicious when enjoyed on it's own, but also pairs well with game meats and dark chocolate flavours.

Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of fresh black and red fruit, namely blueberries and redcurrant, are framed by scents of rosemary, spicy thyme and cardamon and results in an indulgent finish of vanilla, hazelnut cream and caramel. In the mouth, the wine showcases a balances acidity, and a juicy mouthfeel, opening with flavours of redcurrant and vibrant, complex and sweet tannins.
The perfect pairing to game meats like lamb, venison, rabbit, especially when cooked alongside aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme and bay. Would also pair well with raspberry deserts, fig, plum, dark chocolate and cinnamon.
