Mount Horrocks Watervale 2023 Riesling from Clare Valley Australia is a limited release organic Riesling. Refined and expressive, the wine is almost ethereally light and elegant with the trademark Clare Valley lime and slate. The 2023 Vintage was made without using the malolactic fermentation technique, which allows the pure expression of the variety and single vineyard site to shine through. The wine was bottled without fining.

Perfect to drink immediately, but can be cellared for up to a decade.

In what is now often considered ‘old fashioned’ all fruit is hand-harvested – better for the vines as well as the fruit which is then delivered to the winery in a pristine state. Mount Horrocks is certified organic and biodynamic.
