Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a vibrant and aromatic white wine from the Adelaide Hills region of Southern Australia. The wine is well balanced with a long-lasting and clean finish. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are handpicked and expertly crafted with traditional winemaking techniques, producing a wine that is pure, elegant and truly represents the terroir of the region.
Produced at Shaw & Smith’s estate vineyards at Balhannah and Lenswood, complemented by fruit from a small number of highly valued growers. Carefully pressed grapes were fermented at cool temperatures, and protected from oxygen throughout. Some time in tank on yeast lees followed, helping to build palate texture and complexity.
