They source their wines from only the very best sites in the region and embrace minimal intervention winemaking, where each wine is a focused expression of the growing season, the individual site, and the grape variety.
The McHenry Hohnen vineyards are managed using 100% biodynamic methods, which are intended to improve the health and vitality of the soil, resulting in improved plant health, and drastically improving the plants' resistance to disease and pests.
