John Duval Plexus Barossa Valley White Wine Australia 75cl
The John Duval Plexus Barossa Valley White Wine Blend 2022 is created using 57% Roussanne, 31% Marsanne and 12% Viognier grapes, and is a deliciously complex and layered wine, showcasing a fruity peachy character. It is aromatic and flavourful; and exhibits a remarkable balance of flavours, culminating in a smooth, extended finish.
A portion of the blend has been aged in French Oak for 7 months. It is perfect to enjoy now, but will build in texture with cellaring.
John Duval is the sixth generation of his family to grow grapes in South Australia but only the first to transition from grape growing to winemaking. He began his winemaking career at Penfolds in 1974. He left to found his own winery in 2003.
