House of Arras Grand Vintage 2015 is a sparkling wine from Tasmania and is made using grapes grown in select vineyards across the region. Aged for up to 7 years before release, the wine is rich and complex, and a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship of Australian winemakers.
The Grand Vintage is a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir from the very best parcels of fruit. 10% is fermented in new French oak barriques followed by full malolactic fermentation. Australia's greatest sparkling wine producer is the Tasmanian House of Arras. Award-winning winemaking legend Ed Carr crafts exceptional wines such as their Grand Vintage; a chardonnay dominant traditional method fizz.
