Grape: Riesling
On the nose, the Henschke Peggy's Hill Eden Valley Riesling showcases aromatic scents of lemon and lime zest, citrus blossom and white peach with softer tones of white rose, lemon balm and ginger. On the palate, this pale lemon Riesling is pure and concentrated with flavours of tangerine, grilled lemon and crisp green apple. This is perfectly complemented by a fine minerality, which provides excellent balance, focus and a deliciously long finish.
The palate is clean, juicy and bright so would make a flawless companion to Thai cuisine, or fresh seafood, but is a wine worth savoring, and enjoying with friends.
