Nice But
I bought this as I am currently creating a new cocktail based on Rhubarb, however though very nice I really couldn’t taste the rhubarb coming through. It was a lot more like damson gin to me, marmalade sums it up too but definitely not rhubarb! I’ve had to over compensate with a rhubarb purée… Could have been so much better.
