Edmond Briottet Liqueur Mandarine 70cl
The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
Briottet's Mandarine Liqueur is made from Mandarine distillate. The latter is extracted from the zest of the fruit by means of distillation.
The final stage of the process is to add extra-fine white sugar, in order to obtain a fine liqueur which reveals all the subtlety of the mandarine.
