The terroir is clay and limestone, which stores and radiates solar heat, maximises drainage of excess water, and retains humidity in the Summer. It also stores the principal minerals that give the grapes their high ester content.

The Champagne presents as a golden yellow colour, with subtle tones of green, and showcases a delicate mousse. The bouquet is elegant, floral and fresh, which continues on to the palate. In the mouth, the champagne is balanced, with flavours of quince paste and hazelnut, culminating in an extended finish.
