Produced from Gaston Chiquet's vineyards in Dizy, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Hautvillers, this is a blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Eight generations have run the house of Gaston Chiquet from Nicolas Chiquet planting the first vines in 1746. Currently, the two brothers Antoine and Nicolas assure continuity while respecting their ancestral rules.
