Gaston Chiquet Tradition Brut NV Champagne Half Bottle 37.5cl
Gaston Chiquet Brut Tradtion 1er Cru is a grower Champagne of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir gathered from the villages of Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. These carefully selected grapes are all harvested by hand in September and vinified in individual parcels. They remain in the temperature-controlled steel tanks between four to seven months before being aged on lees for 30-42 months.

This Champagne has a golden yellow hue. On the nose, there are aromas of stone fruits, lifting citrus, green apple and brioche. It is smooth on the palate with ripe peaches, lemon and blossom.
Try with a meal of crab cakes with mango and avocado salsa. Will also go well with a multitude of fresh seafood.
