The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
Briottet's Peppermint Liqueur is produced by distilling mint leaves -- mainly peppermint leaves -- and then by adding some fine sugar. It is pure, well-balanced, very refreshing and it gives off a wonderful scent.
