The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
The Blueberry Cream 18%, has all the soft and sweet savours of blueberries after the two month soaking process in water and alcohol.
To be drunk as an aperitif with a dry white wine such as Aligoté, with a sparkling wine or straight with an ice cube.
