Domaines de Ladoucette Baron de L is from the largest and most famous Pouilly-Fumé vineyards that have been in the hands of the Comte Lafond and Ladoucette families since 1787. This Grande Cuvée of the Pouilly-Fume is produced exclusively in the best years and from the first pressing of the estate's grapes. Matured on the lees for up to 6 months.
This wine is made entirely from free-run juice. The wines are stored on their lees to develop complexity, and stirred on occasion to accentuate this process.
