Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 Vintage Champagne 75cl
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 Vintage Champagne 75cl is a beautifully rare Champagne that owes its uniqueness to the selection of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir Grand Crus grapes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions. The large proportion of Chardonnay provides a remarkable freshness in this wine and creates a dynamic and refined character on both the nose and palate.

Roasted notes on the nose married with ripe fruits and citrusy aromas. Warm and sunny, the aromas of roasted coffee and cocoa bean mingle with toffee apple, tangerine and blood orange. The palate is fresh and crisp thanks to the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir expresses itself with a fine bitterness and a powerful finish. Flavours of damons, hibiscus and blood orange lead to a finish of tree sap and an undeniable freshness.
Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Perfect when paired with seafood dishes such as salmon or marinated tuna but also with poultry or veal. With a few more years of ageing, this wine will intensify and pair well with the same dishes but the notes expressed will be smokier and spicier.
