Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Meunier 40% and Pinot Noir 40%, of which around 10% vinified as red wine.
On the nose, the Champagne presents aromas of red currants and cherries, which are followed by blood orange notes. The plate is delicately straightforward in the mouth. Flavours of wild strawberries are enhanced with notes of mint which produces a combined freshness and sweetness.
The Champagne is perfect to set the tone for aperitifs and is ideal with white meat and low-sugar desserts.
