Ruinart Rosé Champagne in a 37.5cl half bottle is presented in an elegant 18th century style small bottle of Champagne, and is made with a high proportion of Chardonnay giving great finesse and elegance. A connoisseur's Champagne... The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries, followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is silky and delicately fleshy. The colour is a delicate pomegranate pink with very slightly orange reflections. The sparkling, light effervescence has a persistent foam.

The nose is fine, subtle, fresh and spring-like, evoking fragrances of red fruits, cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and red berries. Their relatively young primary aromas present a wonderful bouquet. On the palate the first impression is balanced and fresh. The wine is supple, round and silky on the palate, developing fruity notes, with a deliciously bold finish.
Perfect for Valentine's Day
This is a lovely and relatively sweet rosé champagne, and the half bottle is perfect for two. I like the shape of the bottle as well.
