The Dandelion Vineyards Wonderland of the Eden Valley Riesling 2024 showcases a tight, smooth structure, and excellent fruit accentuated by intensity, freshness and remarkable acidity.
To create this wine, Chardonnay grapes were grown in the Eden Valley, in a vineyard that was planted in 1912. The grapes are hand-picked as whole bunches and destemmed in small bunches, without crushing. The free run juice is then collected and fermented in small, stainless steel tanks between 11-14°C, before being bottled without filtration or fining to capture the true essence of the vineyard.
The Dandelion Vineyards wines are representative of the many decades of experience; blending the fruit of their heirloom vineyards with only the finest traditions of artisan winemaking.
