The wine remained in the barrel for 18 months before being racked and bottled without filtration or fining.

Grape: Riesling, Shiraz
The wine is deep red in colour with youthful violet hints. On the nose, aromas of rose petals, lifted red fruits and hints of lime marmalade are present. On the palate, there are notes of wild cherries, blueberries and balanced spicy oak with velvet tannins.
