The 'Enchanted Garden' vineyard was planted in 1910 and is thriving to this day, in the cool climate Eden Valley site in Barossa. The soil is sandstone bedrock with ironstone gravels and quarts and red rock fragments on the surface, providing great minerality for the Riesling. This is evident in the wine, and accentuated by the minimal filtration and fining and truly capturing the essence of the vineyard.

This clear, bright, golden Riesling displays a bouquet of dragon fruit, honeysuckle and citrus flowers, deliciously framed by aromas of rose petals and musk. The palate exhibits a deep, pure citrus flavour accented by tangy green apple and lime flavours. A tight acidity in the wine accentuates the fruit flavours, culminating in a mouth-watering finish.
The acidity of this wine would perfectly complement salty cheeses, particularly feta, manchego or roquefort, and would also make a delicious addition to a spicy meal.
