To create the signature Brut Reserve, a third for each varietal (Meunier, Chardonnay and PInot Noir), are vinified cru by cru, varietal by varietal, in stainless steal vats and a high proportion of reserve wines, equally divided between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, to ensure the fine complexity and indulgence of this cuvee.
