The Champagne Geoffroy winery is in Aÿ, on the north-east edge of Épernay, the Champagne Geoffroy Expression Brut NV is typical of the house's style displaying finesse and elegance. Produced from a classic Champagne blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay.
For centuries the Geoffroy family we growers who sold to négotiants, in the 1950s, husband and wife Roger and Juliette decided to produce their own wines. Although the vineyards are not certified organic many sustainable farming practices are followed, for example, The soil between rows is aerated by animal-drawn plough and wild grasses are allowed to propagate.
