Williams Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin 70cl

Chase Williams Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin is a spectacular crafted by blending GB gin with freshly pressed rhubarb & bramley Apple juice souced at the farm. On the nose opens up with a distinctive rhubarb and apple crumble with a hint of cinnamon, which on the palate is well complemented by a tangly apple combined with notes of juniper. The finish is a fresh rhubarb tart and a warming cinnamon.

This flavour of gin is the newest edition to the Chase Williams collection, made from the Chase Distillery’s own single estate, and created entirely on the Chase family farm in Hertfordshire. 

Using Chase's award winning GB gin as the base spirit, they slowly infused a delicate range of eight botanicals including; juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almond before finally being distilled in their copper gin still with the pink grapefruit and pomelo peels.
