Owner Hannes Storm was previously the head winemaker at the renowned estate Hamilton Russell. He grows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Hemel-en-Aarde which is widely regarded as one of the most exciting wine areas in South Africa. 30% of the Chardonnay grapes have been aged in new French oak to add a creamy texture but maintain the fresh varietal characters.
