Philipponnat Blanc de Blancs 2018 Vintage Champagne 75cl
Philipponnat Blanc de Blancs 2018 is a remarkable exception in the range of Philipponnat wines, which has made Pinot Noir its signature. Although quite intense and creamy in texture, this wine has the lightness and finesse of a great Blanc de Blancs. Moderately dosed, the Grand Blanc cuvée, always vintage, is a superb apéritif Champagne for special occasions. It is a perfect companion for shellfish.
100% Chardonnay from the villages of Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Vertus, Trépail and Grauves. First-press juice coming exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru plots.
Traditional vinification avoiding any premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation for wines in vats, vinification without malolactic for wines produced in wood. Elegant wine, maintaining a balance between freshness, floral aromas and vinosity. Extra-brut dosage (4.25 g/l) preserving the purity and nobility of its origin.
