Newton Unfiltered Chardonnay White Wine California 75cl
Most of the Chardonnay grapes for this wine have been sourced from Carneros, on the rolling hills that border the San Pablo Bay. The influence from the bay keeps the vines cool and healthy for a long growing season. 100% of the grapes are barrel fermented in French oak 24% of which are new. Bâtonnage takes place to re-suspend the lees to protect the wines from oxidation and promote added complexity.
