Gallica, Rorick Heritage Vineyard Albariño 2016 75cl
Gallica Rorick Heritage Albarino 2016 White Wine 75cl is an aromatic and flavoursome wine from Rorick Heritage Vineyard and is Gallica's second vintage from the Albarino varietal which is considered unique in California. Gallica was born in 2007 and they strive to produce wines from unique sites whilst working with committed growers and exploring unique varietals.
The wine has spent 6 months on the lees before bottling and has fermented in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel. There is a small addition of Muscat Blanc which provides some of the aromatics and texture that go into creating this zippy wine.
