Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin Lavender Edition 70cl was created by Karl and Catherine Mason with the aim of creating a gin that they would want and choose to drink. Masons Dry Yorkshire Lavender Gin is an incredibly smooth spirit with malty grain notes reminiscent of a white whiskey base. Masons use Harrogate spring water for their gins along with juniper, a proportion of which is from their own bushes.
On the nose, is intense, fragrant and subtly sweet notes of lavender, a soft texture once onto the palate, rather subtle across the senses with anise creeping in on the dry finish.
