Ki No Tea Kyoto Dry Japanese Gin uses a premier combination of the best Tencha and Gyokuro teas from Uji at its heart, produced in partnership with Horii Shichimeien, a tea-grower and blender founded during the Meihi era in 1879. The Kyoto Distillery is the city's first dedicated gin maker as well as using the finest teas other botanicals include cypress, yuzu and juniper.
