John Duval Entity Barossa Shiraz Australia 75cl
John Duval Entity 2021 Shiraz is a luscious and deep Australian Wine. For the 2021 vintage, 75% of the fruit was yielded from the Barossa Valley, with the final 25% coming from cooler sites in the Eden Valley to maintain the elegant style of the wine. 2021 will be remembered as an exceptional Barossa vintage.
The wine has been aged in oak for 15 months, with 25% in new, fine-grain French oak hogsheads.
John Duval Wines began with a single wine and grew over two decades to become one of the Barossa’s most celebrated producers. John Duval is the sixth generation of his family to grow grapes in South Australia, but only the first to transition from grape growing to winemaking. He began his winemaking career at Penfolds in 1974.

"94 Points. Plump blood plum and juicy blackberry aromas are underscored with bay leaf and peppery spice. The succulent dark berry fruit takes front and center on the palate, creating a luscious mouthfeel that's tightened by a gentle tug of spicy tannins and fresh acidity. Classic South Aussie Shiraz sprinkled with Duval style." - Christina Pickard, The Wine Enthusiast.
