Hine Bonneuil Cognac was created using grapes exclusively from 2010 and was bottled in 2020. It is from a limited selection of 18 casks of 450 numbered bottles.
Hine has a history spanning over 250 years and now six generations of the Hine family have succeeded one another. The blending of crus and vintages is a key part of the Hine House style, sourcing grapes from two crus, Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne.

Lively citrus notes blend together with freshly baked bread, white flowers and cooked apples. On the palate, there are flavours of crystalised orange peel, Christmas cake and vanilla.
