Courvoisier VSOP Cognac (Very Special Old Pale) is a mouth-watering blend of cognacs aged for between four and eight years. Grapes from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne crus give complex fruity notes, richness and depth unmatched by any other VS on the market.

The distillation on the lees is a complex and meticulous process but it gives Courvoisier VSOP Fine Cognac fruity and musk notes, evoking jasmine aroma. After several years in French fine-grained oak barrels, the spirit develops nutty notes and ages to produce a sweet, caramelized flavor resembling that of toasted almonds.
