Gadais Monnières-Saint-Fiacre is a premium single-cru Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine. It is sourced from a 1-hectare plot known as the "Gras Mouton", with low-yielding vines that were planted in 1947. The juice was wild-yeast fermented, and aged on lees in large vats for some 26 months. Here is a prime example of how brilliantly Muscadet of this quality can age.
