Edi Simčič Chardonnay 2018 is a full-bodied Chardonnay that has been vinified in small oak barrels. It has a ripe, concentrated fruit profile of peach, comice pear, and quince. The use of oak barrels gives some spicy, mealy character to the wine. It is a bold, hedonistic wine that completely coats the palate and saturates it with a long-lasting flavour, and there is sufficient acidity and depth of flavour to make it appetising and well-balanced.
