Drappier Trop m'en Faut Coteaux Champenois White Wine 75cl
Drappier 'Trop m'en Faut' Coteaux Champenois has been created by Hugo Drappier and the name comes from the old French way of saying, “I can’t get enough”. This wine is produced from 100% Pinot Gris, also known locally as Fromenteau. These grapes are a part of the estate's 'forgotten garden' of varieties and are grown alongside Petit Meslier, Arbane and Blanc Vrai.
The 2021 edition takes 50% of its grapes from the 2017 harvest and the other half from 2018. The wine is bottled after natural malolactic fermentation with no clarification or filtering.

'This light-coloured, slightly sparkling wine has notes of dairy, lanoline, pineapple and poached pear. With Mirabelle plum, as well as hints of apricot and nectarine, the sense of fruit is delightful in the mouth.' - Simon Field MW
Grape: Pinot Gris
Bright golden in colour, semi-sparkling with a rich mouthfeel. Honeyed fruits combine with baked apple, poached pear and pineapple.
The richness and complexity will stand up to flavourful dishes try with smoked eel and horseradish cream.
