Domaine Faiveley Bourgogne is a half bottle of joy and is a well-balanced and full Burgundian Chardonnay that has spent 8 -10 months in Faiveley’s cellars and a small portion undergoes barrel ageing. Domaine Faiveley is still family-run today by seventh-generation, Erwan and Eve Faiveley, after being founded in 1825 by Pierre Faiveley.

Floral tones of jasmine and orange blossom on the nose, leading to honeysuckle and lemon flavours on the palate. The wine is medium-bodied and has rich, buttery notes which delightfully draw out the finish.
The creamy texture of the wine pairs well with risottos and whitefish.
