Domaine du Pegau 2015 Cuvée Da Capo is the rare pearl of the Winery, and is only produced during years of great vintages and has only been bottled 7 times since its inception. This cuvée is a traditional blend of 13 Châteauneuf du Pape grape varieties with a majority of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, which expresses the generosity and character of the hundred-year-old vines planted in a soil of silica sand.
The 2015 vintage is full-bodied, rich and deeply concentrated. The wine is drinkable now, but can be aged over the next 10-25 years.
